The scanner can't name my card

Lay the card flat on a dark surface in good light, and hold steady until the outline turns solid. Glare across the bottom corner hides the set code and number the scanner reads. If it still can't decide, it shows the possible printings or lets you search by name; it never guesses.

Where do prices come from?

JustTCG's Near Mint price where it has one, otherwise TCGplayer's market price, updated every night. Each price shows its source, condition and date.

Is my collection the same on the website?

Yes. Sign in on the website with the same account as the app, and your collection and want list are there. A change on either shows up on the other.

Is AI grading an official grade?

No. It's an estimate from your photos to help you decide whether grading is worth it. Only a grading company such as PSA, CGC, BGS or SGC can grade a card.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. Everything in your account is removed. See the privacy policy.
