Your collection stays yours.

This policy covers the CardSheet iPhone app and this website. In short: we keep what's needed to run your account and your collection, we never sell it, and there are no ads or trackers.

What we keep

Your account: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google or add a display name.
Your collection: the cards you add, with their quantities, finishes, conditions, grades, what you paid, and when you added them. Your want list too.
Photos of your cards: when you save a card with its photo in the app, the photo is kept in your account's private storage so your other devices get it back. Only you can see it.
Daily counts: how many AI lookups and surface checks you used today, to apply the daily limits.

Browsing cards and prices on the website needs no account, and nothing about your browsing is kept.

AI features in the app

When the scanner can't read a card, or when you run an AI grading surface check, the photo of that card is sent through our server to OpenAI to be read. OpenAI processes it under its API terms, which don't use it to train its models by default. We don't keep these photos on our server.

Payments

Subscriptions are bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles payment; we never see your card or billing details. There's nothing to buy on the website.

Who stores it

Supabase hosts accounts, collections and card photos.
Cloudflare hosts this website and the daily price files the app downloads.
TCGdex serves card pictures, which load from its servers.
OpenAI reads card photos for the AI features described above.

These providers receive normal request information, such as an IP address, when your device connects to them. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, in the app or on the website.

Prices

Prices come from JustTCG, TCGplayer and Cardmarket and show their source, condition and date. They're market references, not offers to buy or sell.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account in the app: Settings, then Delete account. That removes your account, your collection, your want list and your card photos from our servers. You can also sign out of the website at any time. To ask for deletion another way, contact us below.

Children

CardSheet isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
